We integrate Vedic philosophy, Ayurveda, and contemporary mindfulness into finely curated sessions that respect your time, body, and inner complexity.
SYoga was born from the life journey of our founder — a hotel management graduate who began his career with world-renowned brands like Hyatt and Marriott.
After years in the global hospitality world, he built his own businesses in the UK, owning and managing several restaurants and investing across the United Kingdom. Fifteen years of hands-on experience revealed not just the challenges of long hours, separation from family, immigration stress, and high-pressure environments — but also the unseen cost of low pranic energy in food and daily life.
With a Diploma in Hospitality, a Master's in Marketing, and an MSc in Mindfulness focused on Yoga in Hospitality, Krish turned his focus inward — guided by teachers and mentors from around the world.

SYoga is defined by a set of core commitments that bridge the gap between ancient Vedic tradition and modern physiological needs. We believe in movement with meaning, breath with purpose, and space with absolute integrity.
Honour the depth and integrity of Vedic traditions while speaking a modern, accessible language for contemporary life.
Design every session as a precise intervention for the nervous system, moving beyond generic workouts to real restoration.
Maintain intimate group sizes and offer an inclusive, non-performative space free from aesthetic pressure.
Operate with transparency, kindness, and environmental responsibility in every teaching and business decision.
We partner with hotels and restaurants to design compassionate wellbeing strategies grounded in yoga, mindfulness, and Eastern wisdom. We review stress, culture, and pranic environment, then co-create practical policies, rest practices, and spaces that reduce burnout, absenteeism, and staff turnover while supporting a healthier, more human workplace.
We deliver simple, shift-friendly sessions that restore the body, breath, and mind of hospitality teams. Short practices in stretching, breathwork, and mindfulness can be done in staff rooms or between shifts, helping employees release tension, reset their nervous system, and return to service with more energy, clarity, and inner balance.
We train managers and leaders to bring empathy, awareness, and yogic principles into everyday operations. Through mindful leadership, mental health awareness, and communication skills, we help create cultures where staff feel seen, supported, and valued—so teams stay longer, serve better, and grow together.
