An 8-week beginner course drawing from two foundational texts of classical yoga — the Gheranda Samhita and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Open to all levels and especially beneficial after Course 1, this programme weaves together cleansing practices, breath work, restorative postures, and deep relaxation into a structured, evidence-backed journey toward physical and mental renewal. Day 1 is held in-person in Aberdeen or London.
